Utilized this storage before and after moving and had nothing but excellent experiences. Good security, easy access, and very reasonable prices for a lot of different sized units. Owner is a kind and professional person and worth the talking to every time when stopping by the office.

Managers have been beyond rude, inexplicable, no explanation for why they would refuse to allow someone who is paid in full to retrieve his things... only giving terse refusal. My son rented space here for years, now is here in the deep snow to empty it out, has been flat out refused. He's explained he's come from Kentucky, has only 3 days available to get his things, even has offered to pay for a tractor operator if the snow is problematic. The gate is locked shut, no is the only answer.
