They will require your ID and they will give you a ticket with a number that matches your sell items. Once they have processed your items your number will show up on one of their screens. You can give them your phone number and they can text you when your stuff has been processed as well in case you have other errands to run.
No. It is by walk-in. The best time to go is first thing when they open either on a weekday or Sunday.
