I found a dog in my neighborhood and no one knows where she came from. I think she may be pregnant. She is walking funny. I have tried to feed her but she won't eat much. I can't keep her and need to know where i can take her.

Contact the location... i wouldnt call animal control

Nathan Strom | Sep 28, 2018

The Shattalon Dr location does do the animal intake. You can put in a call the animal control and can arrange for them to come pick up the dog. If you call the Humane Society if you can foster the animal for a week or 2 that would also be helpful for them. I am a foster for them and have a dog in my home now.

You can fill out the waiting list and wait for them to call you to take her. As long as she is friendly they normally take them.

Take her to the old animal control office off Shattalon Dr. The Humane Society runs that location for the county now and that is their intake facility.

Call the Humane Society and see what they say as far as where to take her. Good luck!

Definitely call Forsyth Humane Society. That's a good place to start. Call immediately in case she is pregnant. Talk to Sherry
