They can do them the same day as long as you are there before 8:00 on Tuesdays Wednesdays, Thursdays

Surgery dates are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Feral cats must be in a humane trap and can be dropped off any of the above mornings at 7:30 am and they will alter the cat the same day.
You can take their by 730 or 8 am and they neuter fertile cat that day
