This is the absolute worst experience my wife and I have ever had with a company by far. We have been back and forth with Petscreening to verify my ESA Golden Retriever. Every step of the way, Petscreening has done their best to drag out the process. Started off by asking for addition information on my disability (which per doctor’s instructions this is illegal for them to ask), even after providing them with a new letter they are still prolonging my review by asking for that same information to be submitted again, and I don't get why, the letter is from my doctor at UHealth with all the details that they could ever ask for - even has the contact information and everything. Anyways these people don’t even have a customer service number, they will do anything in their power to make you pay the pet fees. Housing is suppose to be a basic need and property managements that use this service are screwing over individuals like me. I wonder how much my landlord earns for having this scammers onboard. This company is a joke and shouldn’t even be in business! Do not believe the 5 star reviews 99% of them are fake!!!

Be wary. A year or so after you use this service, even if you do not rent with the landlord who required the application, they WILL charge you an annual fee without you knowing it. I check for that on any new service and didn't see or receive any indication of an automatic renewal. I was charged 20 dollars out of my account today without my consent or agreement. Good luck finding a phone number for them. None listed on their site, only a support email, which tells me they are fully cognizant that they have deceptive business practices. I've filed a BBB complaint, and there are MANY like mine on there.
