Rowan county shouldn't charge $2.00 an hour for a guest pass on the computer.I could understand if they were a retail establishment such as a cyber cafe but they are a public library where everything should be free because they already have our taxes

I agree!!! I saw the sign posted today when I went in to use the color printer. Printing is expensive too @ .75¢ for color and .25¢ for b/w. I am grateful I had $3 to print and the quality is great but honestly I feel that was pricey for the library.
