They have no reservation opening on Resy for lunch/dinner until March. I check everyday at 5am and nothing becomes available for 30 days out. How are you supposed to eat here?

Book 30 days out. Or show up late and go to bar and make friends inside. Super exclusive clientele. Food is totally worth it

Most tables, especially at prime times, are held for regulars or VIPs. It's even harder to get a reservation because it's a huge tourist destination at well.
