You may stop by our office or request a copy by mail at: 402 North Main Street, Salisbury, NC 28144. For in-person requests, you must complete a request form and show a government-issued, photo ID. You may also mail in a request, which must include your name at birth, birth date, father’s name, mother’s maiden name, your signature, and a copy of your government-issued, photo ID. You can also request a copy online at: https://rowanrod.permitium.com/rod. A regular certified copy costs $10 cash in the office, money order by mail. Genealogy requests for a regular copy is $0.50.
