Everyday the park is free to go in any time. Even during late hours (not the safest though).
I only go to the park to fish...for free, of course. I think I agree with everyone's post, but I have not gone to the botanical gardens or zoo in ages. I have to plan and go to each very soon. Oh, by the way, everything in the park is beautiful...free or otherwise.
