In addition to Elias's comment if you want to save 5 dollars have something that came in the mail with your (the person that is getting the license) name and address on it , I used my son's SS card that came in the mail just brought the whole thing in cause he needed SS card anyway and it came in his name so two in one .
You need at least 2 Identification documents. Birth certificate and ssc will work. Make sure document are certified and original (no photocopies) you also need vehicle registration and proof of insurance.
