It is the the other fillers they use in making this pill....all pain killers are a diff recipes by all diff pharm mfg's. What works for one person may not work for another and vice versa. Genric meds are one of the biggest hoaxs and so corrupted in America. Some are getting away with murder...even the main pain killing ingrediant ----- they are cheating all of us. The FDA is a shell of its former self as far as regulation goes. Shameful....they dont give a care to crack down on these pharmacies....too many payoffs, I suspect. In saying this I am not including Camber....I get good pain relief from their oxycodone and for instance ......Sun Pharmacueticals....I get no pain relief!...... from supposedly exact same oxy tablet and same mg amount....see what I am saying here?.....you will have to find a mfg that works for you. It is hit and miss....it truly is.

Were you all aware that the FDA allows pharma mfgs to deviate up to 15 % diff in the ingrediants used in the mfg of pain meds? This is ridiculous. There is soo much corruption in big pharma from A-Z.....however that said, the same pain med by same mfg can and will have diff effects for many of us.....a Camber brand oxy tab works for me but may not for you and vice versa for diff mfg of same med. Our body chemistry are all diff and responds diff to the same med is really what it comes down to.

I have been aware of the allowed 15% differences in making genetic drugs since the early 80s and thankfully a PhD at my hospital is the one who confirmed that 'all generics are not the exact same'. I n today's opioidaphobic world we are pretty much SOL. You start demanding a certain brand or moving pharmacies frequently and next thing you know...you have no meds. It shx...it isnt fair...I had a decent life back in 2016 with 3 Lortab/ day and a Fentanyl patch, very low dose, that I could change every 48 hrs. I walked 10,000 steps a say with my dog, I kept 212 lbs I lost off doing that x 25 yrs. I still had pain but not at a 10 every day. In 2019 I fell off my bed and found out I need a 10 disc spinal fusion...and have severe Osteoporosis, so how will all that titanium stay in bone that is like Swiss cheese? Im lucky now to make 3500 steps/day. It's a sad way to be made to live now.

Walgreen's: Blood pressure medicines of Losartan, mfg. by Aurobindo and Valsartan mfg. by Macleods are two manufactures based in India. Neither of these two prescriptions have any effect in lowering my blood pressure, causing a dangerous rise in BP. Previous and same prescriptions from Walmart were effective. Now I must ask the origin of the manufacturer before Rx is dispensed. Also, Walmart now carries these drugs from India and other sources, plus I was informed by a pharmacist that components of each drug are from a variety of sources. What I am sure of is that prescriptions that lowered my BP are suddenly no longer effective. The FDA should be contacted and hopefully, reliable manufactures will be found.
