Why am i on hold for 20 mins at 9 pm. only not to get an answer on how a light bulb is going to cost and i keep getting transfered ?? This is an issue is no one not trained at walmart anymore 😒

Why not Google the price and for petes, sake it's just, a, light bulb go buy it 😂.

As someone who gets the lovely privilege of being tossed around the from department to department to do others jobs that may tell you all you need to know about the situation on why you were on hold for 20 minutes also a sales associate/ cashier is Not going to have a ton of info on specifications for light bulbs, filters, etc. they are not an auto part store they are just there to ring you up and show you a general area of where something may be.
