The employees that work in the store are great. Trying to use their phone # to re order contacts and get appointments is destroying the business. Let me talk to a human not a robot ! I will be looking somewhere else to go now

Impossible to call for an appointment. The automated number is useless, keeps saying no appointment available, pick another day and time. Made appointment online and got call the day before saying they have to cancel my appointment because it wasn't available to begin with. Will go to my ophthalmologist and get a prescription and buy my glasses elsewhere.

Absolute WORST location EVER!! I made 2 apts weeks ago for both my girls and was told that they only have time to see one of them since they “updated their system” and they didn’t see the other apt!! Waiting over 2 hours to now just get my one daughter’s prescription!!!! Please don’t waste your time, go somewhere else!

After making an appointment, I went in for an eye exam and contacts (my first time ever trying them) and everyone that helped me was great! Doctor Blaine was thorough, informative and friendly. Meagan was very helpful and patient with me while she guided me with putting the contacts on for the first time. And the store supervisor Jordan made the whole process easy and comfortable by quickly helping me through each step of my appointment and even helped me pick out sunglasses that suit me too! 10/10 would recommend.

Yes they do take Fidelis. I just got anice pair for not being allowed to spend over $100. The only thing I wasn't happy with was they wouldn't let me pay the difference to add scratch resistant, and glare free lenses.... other then that , I have no complaints.
Teresa, Visionworks accepts hundreds of insurance plans over multiple states, so it’s best to contact the location you want to visit to find out if they accept your specific plan. Contacting the nearest location will also enable them to provide you the most accurate benefits for your specific plan.
Yes, you would need to make an appointment for the exam only
Yes you can. Just go to their website and select the option for an adjustment or you can call them as well.
Not sure what time do you call or if they are even staffed during the Pendamic. Maybe it would be best to swing by there and check it out
If necessary
