I am 57 years old and work full time. I would like to buy an RV and rent a space to park it. Does your community support this? If so what would the rent and fees be?

I do not belief the Oaks allows RVs. There are several mobile homes for sale.

It depends on the size of the mobile home. I recommend calling the Oaks Mobile home park, the mgr. will answer all your questions.
