Your customer service is awful. Will never purchase there again. Still waiting for an answer from the store manager. I just spent $2,000 on custom blinds and I am very sorry I purchased them at this store

But try asking for the Manager Kevin... He is wonderful and helped my Husband and I when we had an issue.
