Hi Maggie, I'm afraid we don't do any in house repairs of small appliances. If it needs a new plug we can probably help but if there is an issue with the device motor/functionality I recommend you reach out to the manufacturer.
thanks for answering, nathaniel. Since I fear its problem has something to do with the motor, guess you can't help. And suspect it's far too old to try going back to the manufacturer! Too bad - they don't make them like this one any more.
