They want you to report when they are out of tickets. Otherwise they have no way of knowing. Same with the games.

I think at about every chuck e cheese in the socal area has games out of order all the time. What's bad is that the games haven't upgraded.
I have had the same experience @ this one as well go to the one in gardena or carson.
