I just had my puppy spad on 5/15/18 and she has a lump on the scar where they cut her when can I make appointment to bring her back to be seen

Call spca and inform them. Let them advise you since it was perform there. It will be a record as well.

I AM NOT A VET. That said, I think a raised bump under the skin of a scar after spaying is pretty normal. Check Google and don't panic!
