I’m currently standing in the checkout line with 9 people in front of me and 4 in back. The checkout service here is sub standard. The people that manage this store don’t know how to run a business

Why are you complaining about long lines at a discount retailer? If you want good service then you have to pay more than 99 cents for it.

I've been there in the morning, in the afternoon, and at night, and they always have long lines now, didn't used too. I will give it to them today, it's been some time since I've been there, but they had 3 registers open with employees at all of 3.

I shop there all the time too and have not encountered lines that long.

Generally that store is pretty good. Its the dollar tree that's really bad always. 99 cents store on El Toro in Laguna hills is the epitome of lousy.

Someone must have called in sick. That usually is a very good store. I shop there all the time.

If you go after 7 PM, you will nor find a long queue. However store can keep more counters running to make it more convenient.

I usually go there before 5pm and have only 1 or 2 if any at all customers in front of me waiting in line
