Stunning. A little cooler than our sweet, sultry summers and missing fall colors since we're blessed with many trees that do not lose their leaves at all. But exciting, beautiful and vibrant. Halloween is particularly fun in America's most haunted city.
The first time I visited in September it was very relaxing. Lite 80s.
It's perfect, a nice warm sweater at night time will do it, I love it, so much history and tours. Great people. As Raleigh said Savannah is such a melting pot. I loved the historic district. Great hotels closed by too.
Usually pretty warm. Average highs are in the 70s through November. Great for sightseeing since it is not as hot and humid as summer. Halloween is fun...many ghost tours through the historic district. Savannah is such a melting pot...it just radiates energy!
Depending on where you are in the city, it's beautiful year-round. Not as colorful or hilly as other areas in Georgia, I grant you, but milder climate and a good breeze from the ocean.
Lovely
Wife and I were there in October. Muggy in the 80s. We still loved it.
Fall is the best time for anyplace south of the artic and north of the Antarctic.
