Milk prices are decided by the SC DAIRY BOARD. If one Walmart had Milk at a cheaper price than the other, it's because the individual that bids on their dairy was able to get it at a lower bid at that time. Ladson is in a different district than North Charleston with Walmart, so it all depends on timing, bidding and amounts bought at that time.
