Why do the Employees feel as though they have right to serve Customer’s without wearing masks?

Because it's safe to.

Maybe one of the employees will see this question and answer. Perhaps it's because their employer has not mandated that they wear masks.

Good question ! The service wasn't as good as it usually is!

That's a good question. I hate to admit it but, I didn't pay attention. I was in such a hurry. I'm surprised they can serve food without one on.
