Beach Patrol has them for rent. They usually are in between the public entrance and the Holiday Inn
Beach patrol at the beach is cheaper or you can rent umbrellas and chairs from local companies that will take them to the beach, set them up, reserve them in your name and pick them up. Easy if you are using public access streets and not Coligney
