No, it doesn't have a camping area.
Public beach access only, there is no place for camping on Hilton Head Island that I am aware of.
I dont remember any campgrounds in the immediate area, lots of condos, resorts, and houses.
I don't remember seeing any.
Good question, don't know. Doesn't seem to have any place to camp as far as I can remember when we visited
