Most McDonald's just have poor customer service when it comes to the ice cream machine because they don't want to clean it. It don't matter where you go the answer is always the machine is down 👎🙂

You are entirely right. They quit handling ice cream months ago. Blaming it on the covid. I'm trying to figure out, scientifically, how that spreads the disease. I think they're just full of it in so many ways. I've quit going to Mickey D's.
