SOY NOODLE IS A GREAT RESTAURANT!! GREAT FOOD, GREAT STAFF!! I can chime in on the Question!! Food Quality should never decrease but I know I see a lot of the Food Quantity beginning to decrease and as was said the price of food in restaurants continues to rise!!! I have seen this happening in many restaurants!!! Their Quality remained but the Quantity wasn't the same! I also can see how the Quality of foods in a restaurant can also decrease!! A Reason being is the price of Quality foods continues to rise in the Supermarkets Supermarkets aren't becoming as Super as we make them out to be its all a system!!! The restaurants find other alternatives to try to compensate for the Quality and then giving you less instead of giving the Quality and Quantity that has been sufficient to attract customers and charge a dollar or two more but people are taking short cuts in the business and the consumers be the ones to suffer until the consumers unite to be heard about what is taking place

That's a tuff one. I think some places are trying to do the same amount of volume with less. That's just me. Every place of food should have a clean establishment, covid protocol in place for employees, limited menu if need be and gr8t service b/c people have been separated for longer than normal periods of time.
