I hear they do sometimes when they are in season...I think the cut off is in March now a days as the start is around November...due to popularity & the natural supply of the oysters to reproduce & develop they are with a shorter availability period. This allows for them to grow to acceptable size for consumption...so in conclusion they may not have them this time of year...
