Are you able to tour most of the rooms house (even the upstairs) or is quite a bit of it closed off to to the public?

You'll see all of the rooms, just know that all of them are empty.

Yes U can. It is guided but the rooms are open and U can go in and view up close. Even the upstairs as well as the downstairs level. U even get to tour the basement level too! Awesome place!
