We use them and are very happy! We made an appointment and my husband got a Uber to work and back, paid for by Chatham Toyota! Also, the tires that we got matched the Costco wholesale dealer price. We go for oil changes and as loyal customers we were mailed a great coupon book.

Better to plan not to wait if you are in a hurry - They will do drop off and pickup. Free snacks and wifi and an amazing waiting area if a long wait is ok for you...
