Yes... there is a dog park. There are two, actually. One for large dogs and one for small dogs. There is no fee and it's pretty fun! I bring my pup every week. Plenty of spickets and water buckets.
No specific area that I'm aware of.. but the city of Savannah is one huge dog park in general.. I've lived and visited alot of places , and have never seen a more dog friendly city...
