Lake is gone, no ducks, geese, fish. Overgrown. Don't bother going except to use the path around the lake.

Sad to see the loss of the pond. The pond area is overgrown, and needs to be mowed to prevent snakes and other critters. Also, someone has been feeding some of the wildlife there. Some sort of goose was quite a pest as well as a squirrel. Nice picnic tables, but they do need some power washing.

EDIT: The retention pond started to leak due to poor construction. So no water. An now no water the homeless have taken over the wooded area around park as their home. I live where we can see the water tower....I won't go there anytime of day now. Got married there and didn't cost us a thing! Nice playground for kids, babies too. Love to walk around Reservoir.

Yes it does. Baby sit in seat in front of you, you sit in your seat and swing along with your baby .

No courts of any kind at joseph just a playground and walking trail.
It's a nice park but no bathrooms and no port-a-potties either.
Can't remember when it opens, but closes at 9 PM.
Fishing is allowed. I have seen several people fishing but whether if it's a good place to fish..not sure...I enjoyed taking my dog and feeding ducks when we were in Savannah...peaceful place to relax..
Yes you can walk your dog there.
