In North Carolina strawberries normally peak in late May through mid June. But with the weather we've been having, you should definitely call about three weeks before you want to go.

Mid may but they will probably be early this year

Mid May through June. Need to go early in the day before they sell out. Sometimes they need a day break so the berries ripen.
