I hadn't had any issues in the past 3 years until I moved. Same city , just a few blocks away. I called to set up service at my new address and do a soft close at my old address. Two weeks and several phone calls later, still no service. They told me it takes from 24 - 48 hours to get my service on so why isn't my gas on?
