It's been like that forever.owners are apparently filthy rich and don't care.building is dilapidated also.
We have always been treated as best as they can..when u hav a business model that expect the staff to do 3or4 jobs for minimum wage. Ha! Knowing i like white meat i treat them with the utmost bc they deserve that 1st bc of ther abuse.
Yes i have been there on two notch...and the service sucks
Because they cater to the drive thru first.
Seems like they have lost the recipe chicken don't taste the same
Its the people, they're lazy and need to hire people that actually want to work there.
The one i go to by Columbia place mall is not so bad but I try not to eat greasy food
