Yes I believe they are

I don't work for Walmart but I do believe that they do oil changes. If not, there is a Zippy Lube just a couple of miles down Parris Island Gateway that does oil changes for a fair and reasonable price, and they are always fast and they do an excellent job!! I believe that there is also a Jiffy lube that does oil changes in the same plaza as the Walmart (is next to the Bruesters Ice Cream if I remember correctly) but I'm don't know what their pricing is like
