They will replace within a certain time frame (listed on the receipt). However, you must have every piece of plastic, twist-ties, static covering, box, pamphlet and cords (ear plug and charger). Depending on the brand, you should be able to go into the system and reset to factory settings. You can also go online to your brand and review it's system support and their warranty. Wal-Mart, as great as they are as a retailer, does not employ technology trained employees. If you truly need tech help, call the brand or seek out your nearest Geek Squad.

Don't know. There should be a small little hole on your tablet.On the back or maybe around the edge. You'll need a paperclip. That should be your reset. Once you press that it should erase what you don't want.

If bought there an in the time frame of replacement maybe get it replaced but really don't think they will work on it good luck
