So... They should have someone answer the phone. I have called several times late in the afternoon and this happens a lot. I have been there I've NEVER seen it so busy they would be unable to answer the phone. In fact if they are that busy it might be beneficial for them to hire more help.
They are very hard to reach by phone, and totally unresponsive to email. They dont respond to walmarts requests for renewing prescriptions. Theyre very. nice people, but maybe a bit over worked.
They still usually have an answering service to answer and take messages!
They are only open until 6:30 on Monday Tuesday thru Friday they close at 4:30 they are probably very busy
