The doctors here are some of the most inconsiderate, ableist, fatphobic doctors I've ever met. The nurses are pretty good for the most part but the doctors would be better off in another profession. I can't believe how unprofessional and unempathetic they are.

Horrible! I was basically forgotten about waiting in a room for over an hour after my vitals. The doctor didn't do any exam of any kind or address any of my health conditions or concerns. Asked me no questions about my health history or why I was taking any of the medications I was taking. In fact, no one asked me what medications I was taking! I had to tell them! Nothing was done to help me with those! Nothing was done to help me with anything! By far, the worst and most incompetent medical facility that I have ever been to.

So... They should have someone answer the phone. I have called several times late in the afternoon and this happens a lot. I have been there I've NEVER seen it so busy they would be unable to answer the phone. In fact if they are that busy it might be beneficial for them to hire more help.
