All transactions involving getting a title or a title change are by appointment or drop off. Renewing registrations (renewing tags) or needing a driver transcript/vehicle transcript/compliance report do not need an appointment. Our office is not just for DMV services. We are the Giles County Treasurer's Office first and partner with the DMV as a DMV Select to help offer some DMV services but not all DMV services as a full service DMV Customer Service Center does.
