Do you have a man by the name of Dick. Ridley listed as living in the county years ago? He was supposedly a mulduneon. ( spelling?)

I found a man living at Walker's Creek in Giles County in 1930, by the name of Richard Ridley. I believe he is listed as a Melungeon, because if the person is white on the census it has a w. I'm not sure what is written down, but I know it isn't a W or B, so he may quite possibly be listed as a Melungeon.
