for what you get at hampton lake the hoa fees are reasonable.
Very reasonable for the amount of amenities & how beautiful our community is. No golf so that keeps our fees lower, but a beautiful lake. Fees as stated above 3477.
The yearly hoa fees are 3477 per year. There are only additional fees if you live in a townhome out therr that requires maintenance. The houses do not. Message if you would like more info about it or any area of Bluffton.

I have only done work out here but i imagine hoa is fairly expensive
