I went there yesterday with a small box that already had a return label on it. I just needed a little tape to seal the box. I said to the male employee that I would buy the tape, that it was no problem. He pointed to the supplies and told me that they didnt have any tape. Then I asked him if I could use a little of the tape which was on the counter. He said that he would have to charge me for priority posting if I used that tape. Anyway, this is not good customer service. In my opinion, the post office should have basic supplies. I should not have to leave the post office for this reason.

Horrible!!!! Phone number consistently rings busy as if they just took it off the hook. Have been trying to track down a package that is in permanent “in transit, delayed” status and can’t get a hold of anyone! Wouldn’t expect anything less from a government run agency these days.

Just quit if you hate your job that much. Don’t take it out on the customer. My bad for not having the addressed pulled up on my phone and making the desk lady wait an extra 8 seconds. I’m sure I was the biggest inconvenience. Go to the one in Okatie, they’re great and amazing people. I’ll go in there to drop a package off and end up having a 5 minute conversation!

Debbie hodshon I haven't been getting my mail and i put a change of address in in September? ???
The best way is to talk to the postmaster, they will be glad to assist you with your complain. Be aware that they have been delayed due to the weather, many deliveries has been affected by the hurricane, and is not their fault if for some reason you haven't get your mail or packages on the time you expected. I have been a customer of this location for 11 years, and never had any problems at all. Hope you will resolve your issue soon. Have a wonderful day
Only if you give permission you need to call and find out.
Hi, if you send it priority, you should have a tracking number, that you can open a claim online. USPS.com it is easy and they will keep you updated, done it an works. If it was a regular mail, you have to wait, sometimes the mail gets lost for many reasons, the address is not clear, or it was simply missplaced on a wrong address. There are sometimes I have mail from my neighbor in my mailbox. Sadly there are a lot of people that don't care if a mail is received in the wrong place and don't send it back to the post office. Hope this information is helpful.
www.usps.com under package intercepts.
Not entirely sure as to whether or not they do. Your best bet would be to contact them directly at the post office or there customer service
I'm sorry about that one was on your mailcarrier it can be place on hold for 30 days.
Go to the post office where you want the box OR go here to sign up online: https://www.usps.com/manage/po-boxes.htm
