This is a store, no fee. Not aware of them offering horse rides.
They also do waht they call a chicken swap. It is where you can get farm animals also but other people bring their animals to sell or swap.
Tractor supply is a feed store for a variety of animals. They also have tools and much more for farmers. They do not offer any horses for rising or have any on property. The only animals They do offer chicks at certain times of the year.
