I'm sure that you will have to have the receipt anything without a receipt will be put on a gift card.
I'm not extremely sure, but I think you can get a cash refund long as the formula has not been opened and you have the reciept. Hope this helps.
I don't know, I've never had kids. One time i had some bad cat food, one the containers in the pack had been compromised. They took it back and gave me a new, good package. I had the receipt for it. I'm sure if the is a problem with the formula and you have the receipt, you can take it back
