At one time I could check in online and now that feature no longer exists? What's up?? I do not own a cell phone. Do you only take customers that has a cell phone now?

We do still offer the online sign in. If you do not have a credit card phone you can check in at great clips.com

I just went to their home page and was able to do it both on my phone and on my laptop.

I check in on cell, dont there is another way except computer.
