As an employee at Sam's Club, I know that the annual fee for a regular membership is $45 and a Plus membership is $100. The perks of the Plus membership are free delivery for online orders, shop at 7am Monday-Friday, discounts at the Pharmacy, Tire and Battery center and at the Optical center. Also, for every $100 you spend, you receive $10 in cash rewards that are put onto your membership at the prior to the renewal of your membership.

If you are not a current member, you can purchase a membership with extra bonus gifts through GROUPON.
Between $35 - $50. Sam's Club sometimes offers discounts on Membership depending on whom you work for.
