Yes, I was having trouble. Called Spectrum and they said I had an older model modem, and to come in for a newer model. Make sure the new modem you get, is not registered to someone else. Mine was and had to bring it back.
I kept having that problem a couple of months ago and finally I took my old box and traded it for a new one and haven't had hardly any problems since. Just saying. But I would call them or down load the spectrum app and check the app every time to see what problems are going on with your equipment
