Why won't anyone answer the phone or even let me leave a message .... when I call it says you open at 7 ... it's 7:30??

If no one answers service call back and ask for the sales manager. Then let them know the experience you have had with no one answering. If you bought your car there ask for that person. If all else fails go to another Kia dealership that has a very good rating. I hope this helps.

Try service they open at 730.

I normally go to the parts department when I get out of work 8am. I work overnight. I do notice that there I just 1 guy there at that time setting up for the day most mechanic come in 9am.
