If no one answers service call back and ask for the sales manager. Then let them know the experience you have had with no one answering. If you bought your car there ask for that person. If all else fails go to another Kia dealership that has a very good rating. I hope this helps.
Yes ,they always open on July 4th.
It's better to have one but if you don't it's okay just expect to be there little longer.
