May 5, 2018. You have 5 drivers at the Cranbury NJ Crate and Barrel. They have been sitting there for 2 and 3 days and one 4 days waiting for empty trailers. There are at LEAST 12 - 15 FULL trailers on that yard not being unloaded. Nobody wins.

Donna, thanks for your comment. Crate is a very important partner with us and we work with them daily to manage the massive influx of volume they have. We have invested in a 3:1 trailer to tractor ratio in order to allow as much drop and hook as possible to keep our drivers moving. In certain times of the year, many retailers have peak seasons and now is one of theirs. We will work diligently to keep all our drivers moving.
